ClickFit Tilt

ClickFit Tilt is a versatile solar mounting solution built to meet the varied conditions and requirements of commercial flat roof projects. Its elevated, fully attached design provides easy access for O&M and wire management, offers flexibility around structural limitations and rooftop obstructions, and supports high-performance bifacial production. Engineered for re-roofs, ClickFit Tilt allows solar to be installed now while taking advantage of the roof’s remaining service life. Part of the ClickFit platform, ClickFit Tilt brings a proven installation approach to the flat roof market. ClickFit Tilt is available with FEOC-free U.S.-made components for projects seeking the IRA Domestic Content Bonus Credit.

System Specifications
The ClickFit Tilt racking system is widely compatible with a variety of flat roof types. The system is part of the ClickFit Platform. ClickFit Tilt is fully attached to the roof using our Flat Roof Anchor, or various third-party mechanical attachments.

End Clamp
One Click-on End Clamp fits modules from 30-40MM in height
Mid Clamp
Features integrated bonding pins and fits module frames sized 30-40MM
Short & Tall Posts
Aluminum posts come in two sizes – 9″ and 24″
Splice
Tool-free fully bonded structural internal Splice installs in seconds

Mounts & Accessories
ClickFit Tilt can be mechanically attached to a variety of flat roof types using our Flat Roof Attachment. The system is also compatible with select third-party mechanical attachments. The system features a full suite of wire management accessories that are compatible with the entire ClickFit platform.
ClickFit MLPE Mount
Attaches and secures the Module Level Power Electronics to the top of the rail
ClickFit Wire Clip
Stainless Steel ClickFit Wire Clip clicks onto the Rail and accommodates 1-3 PV wires or 1 Q cable and 1-2 PV wires.
Flat Roof Anchor
The Flat Roof Anchor (FRA) can be mechanically attached to a variety of common flat roof membranes
Universal Side Clip
Frame attach wire clip adjusts to fit 30MM, 32MM, 35MM, and 40MM frame thicknesses
Wire Management Clamp
Can be secured on the top of the rail to run wires in any direction
