The ClickFit platform leverages proven hardware and technology from across the Enstall portfolio, creating a new approach to attached commercial rooftop solar. ClickFit is FEOC compliant with Domestic Content options available. The solution combines easy-to-install, robust hardware with the engineering expertise, project support, training and digital tools that PanelClaw customers expect.

ClickFit is supported with a comprehensive AutoCAD-based design flow with detailed structural plansets and calculation packages powered by clawOS to facilitate permitting and array construction. ClickFit simplifies the installation of PV systems on C&I metal roofs while reducing the number of components and tools required in the field.

- C&I-optimized rail lengths: Rails are sized to match common commercial and industrial modules, reducing or even eliminating field cutting and preparation.
- Single-tool installation: Racking and module installation can be completed using a single tool, simplifying field installation and reducing equipment requirements.
- Click-in rail: The rail clicks directly into the system’s mounting dock, eliminating the need for traditional T-bolts.
- Click-on clamps: Mid and end clamps click into place and feature integrated bonding, helping streamline module installation.
- Simplified leveling and height adjustment: Adjustment can be performed directly at the mount, helping installers accommodate roof conditions in the field.
- Metal-roof compatibility: ClickFit is designed for standing seam, trapezoidal and corrugated metal roofs and is compatible with a range of mounting options, including third-party metal-roof attachments from S-5!, a PanelClaw partner.
- 25-year warranty: ClickFit is backed by a 25-year warranty.
- Code and fire performance: The system is ANSI/UL 2703-2015 Listed and carries a Class A system fire rating.
- Wind and seismic performance: ClickFit is engineered for basic wind speeds up to 190 mph under ASCE 7-22 and U.S. Geological Survey seismic categories A through D.
- Low additional roof loading: The system adds approximately 2.0 psf.
- Broad roof-slope range: ClickFit supports roof slopes from 1/4:12 to 12:12.
ClickFit has undergone extensive reliability and performance testing and conforms to UL 3741 and UL 2703. The system is designed to meet applicable U.S. code requirements and is supported by PanelClaw’s extensive testing and validation framework.
