HC brings over 30 years of executive management experience to PanelClaw. He is the CEO of RCG Ventures, a green energy investment firm, and a member of the board of directors of several energy ventures including Deltatrec, a heat engine technology company; Lunera Lighting, an LED lighting company; and Nexamp, an independent solar power producer. From 1980 to 2000, he was the chairman and CEO of Hagler Bailly, an international management and economic consulting firm to the utility and energy industry. HC holds a master of architecture from the University of Washington and an MBA from Harvard University.

Thomas Ringler, CEO, PanelClaw Group, Inc., and Member, Board of Directors

Thomas leads PanelClaw's corporate finance, accounting and administration team. Prior to joining PanelClaw, he spent 17 years with Robert Bosch, where he held senior level financial and general management positions in the U.S., U.K., Germany and Japan including Vice President of the Thermal Systems division (U.S.); Vice President Controlling and Merger Acquisition (Germany); Vice President and CFO, Lawn and Garden division (U.K.); Finance Director, Diesel Systems (U.S.); and Manager Financial Reporting, Power Tool Division (Germany). Thomas holds a business degree from the University of Stuttgart, Germany.

Constantino Nicolaou, CEO, PanelClaw North America, and Member, Board of Directors

Costa leads PanelClaw's business development, marketing and sales team. Prior to joining PanelClaw as its first employee, he was with Market Metrics, a financial services consulting firm, where he was, in his last position, director of research. He has led PanelClaw’s development since its inception in November 2007, including the commercialization of its first three product lines. Costa holds a BA in economics and international relations from Tufts University.

Angelo SantamariaAngelo Santamaria, Chief Operating Officer

Angelo leads PanelClaw's engineering, supply chain, and logistics teams. Prior to joining PanelClaw, he spent 7 years with American Superconductor (AMSC), a multinational company that provides wind energy and power grid products. At AMSC, he most recently served as senior vice president of global manufacturing, responsible for worldwide manufacturing and supply chain operations. Previously, Angelo was vice president and general manager at Microsemi Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of semiconductors. Angelo holds an MBA and a BSEE from Northeastern University.

Axel has over 20 years of international experience with leading multi-nationals. Prior to joining PanelClaw, he was responsible for the international solar strategy for WASI, Wagener & Simon GmbH & Co KG, the world-wide leader in stainless steel connection elements and a major player in the solar mounting system segment. Axel has also held senior management roles at HUGO BOSS, AG, Daimler AG, and Porsche AG. Axel received his business degree from the University of Aachen (RWTH).

James C. StockJames C. Stock, Vice President, Sales

Jim has over 30 years of experience in multi-channel sales, marketing, operations, product distribution, supply chain management, and customer service. Prior to joining PanelClaw, Jim held positions at companies including groSolar, Superior Technical Ceramics, and Weidmann Systems International. Jim holds a BS in business management and accounting from Point Park University.

John de PappJohn de Papp, Vice President, Sales

John has over 20 years of sales, engineering, and management experience. Prior to joining PanelClaw, John managed a team of consulting engineers in the U.S. and worked in various field sales and technical support roles in Europe at Xilinx, the world’s leading provider of programmable technologies and devices. John holds an ME from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.

Mark C. GiesMark C. Gies, Vice President, Technical Services

Mark has over 20 years of engineering and engineering management experience. Prior to joining PanelClaw, Mark founded and served as COO/CFO of Inventor’s Workshop. Mark holds an MBA from F.E. Olin School of Business at Babson College and an ME from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.

Seth Zimring Seth Zimring, Vice President, Business Development

Prior to joining PanelClaw, Seth held positions in Pacific Gas and Electric’s Corporate Strategy and Development, Emerging Clean Technology, and Integrated Resource Planning organizations. Seth has also held positions with several strategy and management consulting firms. Seth earned an MBA from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in international relations and biology from Tufts University.

JeanJean Bailly, Member, Board of Directors

Jean began her legal career in the Corporate Department of the Boston law firm Nutter, McClennen and Fish and served as an attorney-advisor with the United States Department of State for over 20 years. She is currently general counsel for and a partner in RCG Ventures, a green energy investment firm. Jean holds an MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a JD from Harvard Law School.

NickJ. Nick Bayne, Member, Board of Directors

Nick has over 30 years of experience in the energy and utility industry. He served as president and CEO of Maine & Maritimes Corporation, an international and publicly traded electric utility holding company, and as senior vice president of Duke Energy’s unregulated energy services company, Duke Solutions. As vice president of MEAG Power, the nation’s largest generation and transmission joint action agency, he was involved in the creation of the organization’s first energy services group and instrumental in the development of The Energy Authority, the nation’s largest public power trading company. Nick holds a BS with a concentration in economic geography from the University of South Carolina.

Matthew S. Mendis Matthew S. Mendis, Member, Board of Directors

Matthew has over 25 years of experience in the development, financing, and implementation of alternative energy and energy efficiency projects in the United States and 45 other countries. Prior to co-founding C-Quest Capital, where he serves as managing director, Matthew was corporate vice president of International Resources Group. Earlier in his career, he worked at the World Bank and Asian Development Bank promoting investments in renewable energy and energy efficiency. Matthew currently serves as chairman and trustee for Global Village Energy Partnership (GVEP) International. Matthew holds a BS in environmental engineering and an MA in natural resource economics from the University of Maryland.

Stanley BowdenStanley Bowden, Member, Board of Directors

Stanley is co-founder and principal of RCG-LLC, a Massachusetts-based real estate investment company, and of RCG Ventures, a green energy investment firm. He is also a director of Deltatrec, a developer of proprietary heat engine technology. Previously, he was a management consultant at Hagler Bailly, Resource Consulting Group, and Resource Planning Associates, specializing in domestic and international electric utilities. Stanley holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in industrial management from the University of Tennessee.
