Thomas Ringler

             Chief Executive Officer,                         PanelClaw Group, Inc.           

Thomas has overall responsibility for PanelClaw and leads corporate strategy and finance. Thomas is the Chairman of the Board of PanelClaw, Inc. and has been with the company since 2010. Prior to joining PanelClaw, Thomas spent 17 years with Robert Bosch, where he held senior level management positions in the U.S., U.K., Germany and Japan. Thomas holds a business degree from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. He speaks German.

 

Constantino "Costa" Nicolaou

        Chief Executive Officer,             PanelClaw, Inc.       

Costa has been with the company since its founding in 2007 and leads PanelClaw's sales and marketing and international business development. He also serves on the Board of Directors of PanelClaw, Inc. Prior to joining PanelClaw, Costa held the position of Director of Research at Market Metrics®, a financial services consulting firm now owned by Strategic Insight. Costa holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

John de Papp

            Chief Technology Officer                         

John leads PanelClaw’s R&D and Applications engineering groups. John has over 20 years of engineering, management and sales experience and served as PanelClaw’s VP Sales for over 5 years. Prior to joining PanelClaw in 2009, John managed a team of consulting engineers in the U.S. and worked in various field sales and technical support roles in Europe at Xilinx, the world’s leading provider of programmable technologies and devices. John holds an ME from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College. He speaks French.

Mika Jovanovic

Vice President, Applications, Codes & Standards

Mika leads PanelClaw’s Applications Engineering and Codes and Standards team. He is one of the world’s foremost experts in PV flat roof mounting system aerodynamic behavior and has conducted fluid flow experiments in supersonic and subsonic wind tunnel laboratories. Mika also presides over PanelClaw’s long standing boundary layer wind tunnel test program. He serves on the Wind Committee for the Structural Engineers Association of California and on SEIA’s Mounting System Manufacturers Committee. Prior to joining PanelClaw in 2010, he held various senior level and consulting engineering positions at NoblePeak Vision Corp.  and Kaiser Systems, Inc. Mika holds a Ph.D. and Master of Science in mechanical and aerospace engineering from the Rutgers School of Engineering. Mika speaks Serbian.

Paul Bitterolf

Vice President, Sales

Paul leads PanelClaw’s sales efforts in the western US and Mexico. Paul joined PanelClaw in 2011 and has successfully helped partners navigate projects in some of the most challenging permitting jurisdictions in the United States. He is responsible for the deployment of over 200MW of PanelClaw’s flat roof mounting structures in North America. Paul has more than 20 years of business-to-business sales and service experience and holds a Masters of Business Administration from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from Pennsylvania State University.

Ashan Walpita

Supply Chain Director

Ashan leads PanelClaw’s Supply Chain and Technical Design teams and is responsible for delivering quality and velocity to our partners. Ashan joined PanelClaw in 2010 and led the implementation of our ERP system and the expansion of our manufacturing partnerships. Ashan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University. Ashan speaks Sinhalese and is a Karate black belt.

Joseph Armano

Director of Engineering

Joe leads PanelClaw’s R&D group. He serves on multiple UL® committees including  2703, standard governing mounting structures; and 1703, the standard governing photovoltaic modules in the United States. Prior to joining PanelClaw in 2011, he held senior level positions at L3 Communications, American Science and Engineering and HYDEA. Joe holds a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts, College of Engineering.

Joseph Gondron

Director of Sales

Joe leads PanelClaw’s sales efforts in the eastern US spanning from New Jersey to Louisiana.  Joe has over 10 years of sales and distribution experience. Prior to joining PanelClaw in 2014, he held leadership positions within the renewable energy sector. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Louisiana State University.
