Henri-Claude Bailly, Chairman and CEO
HC leads PanelClaw’s management team. He is also the CEO of RCG Ventures, a green energy investment firm, and a member of the board of directors of several energy ventures including Nextep, a French energy management services company; Solartrec, a heat engine technology company; Lunera Lighting, an LED lighting company; and Nexamp, an energy and carbon reduction solutions company. From 1980 to 2000, he was the chairman and CEO of Hagler Bailly, an international management and economic consulting firm to the utility and energy industry. HC holds a Bachelor and Master of Architecture from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.

Constantino Nicolaou, President and COO
Costa oversees PanelClaw’s day-to-day operations and business strategy. Prior to joining PanelClaw, Costa was with Market Metrics, a financial services consulting firm based in Massachusetts, where he was, in his last position, Director of Research. Since joining PanelClaw in 2007, Costa has overseen the development and commercialization of three product lines. Costa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University.

Jean Bailly, General Counsel and Member, Board of Directors
Jean is PanelClaw’s General Counsel and a member of its board of directors. She began her legal career in the Corporate Department of the Boston law firm, Nutter, McClennen and Fish and served as an attorney-advisor with the United States Department of State for over twenty years. She is currently General Counsel and a partner in RCG Ventures LLC, a green energy investment firm. Jean holds a Masters degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Harvard Law School.

John de Papp, Vice President, Western U.S. Sales
John brings over 20 years of sales, engineering and management experience to PanelClaw. Prior to joining PanelClaw, John managed a team of engineers at Xilinx, the worldwide leader in programmable logic solutions. John holds a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.

Mark C. Gies, Vice President, Engineering
Mark is responsible for the team that designs, develops, and supports the company’s photovoltaic mounting solutions. Mark has over 20 years of development and management experience. Prior to joining PanelClaw, Mark founded and served as COO/CFO of Inventor’s Workshop. Mark holds a Masters of Business Administration from F.E. Olin School of Business at Babson College, and a Masters of Engineering and Bachelors of Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.

Neil R. Gillen, Vice President, Manufacturing and Distribution
Neil brings over 25 years of manufacturing and distribution experience to PanelClaw. Prior to joining the team, Neil held leadership positions at global companies such as Evergreen Solar, Axcelis Technologies, Inc. and Varian Semiconductor Associates. Neil holds a Master of Business Administration from Devry University and a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University.

Matthew S. Mendis, Member, Board of Directors
Matthew has over 27 years of professional experience in the U.S. and 45 countries around the globe in development, financing and implementation of alternative energy and energy efficiency projects amounting to over $500 million in project investments. Prior to co-founding C-Quest Capital where he serves as Managing Director, Matthew was Corporate Vice President of International Resources Group; founded a private company, Alternative Energy Development, Inc., focused on developing clean energy and climate change projects; and worked at the World Bank promoting the Bank’s investments in renewable energy and energy efficiency. Matthew also directed the ALGAS Project for the Asian Development Bank which encompassed 11 Asian countries and identified over 80 GHG mitigation opportunities, the majority of which were projects in renewable energy and energy efficiency. Matthew currently serves as Chairman and Trustee for Global Village Energy Partnership (GVEP) International. Matthew holds a BSc in Environmental Engineering and an MA in Natural Resource Economics from the University of Maryland.

James C. Stock, Vice President, Eastern U.S. Sales
Jim brings over 30 years of experience in multi-channel sales, marketing, operations, product distribution, supply chain management, and customer service to PanelClaw. Prior to joining PanelClaw, Jim held positions with groSolar, Superior Technical Ceramics and Weidmann Systems International among others. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Accounting from Point Park University.
