Why Bears?
One of our products′ distinctive features and the inspiration for PanelClaw′s name is a unique panel attachment claw. Our first corporate logo featured a bear securing a PV panel with its claws, and we've been naming our product lines after bears ever since.
In keeping with our commitment to environmental responsibility, PanelClaw makes annual donations to bear conservation programs in the name of our customers and employees. For more information on the programs we currently support, please visit the World Wildlife Fund and the National Zoo websites.

After nearly a year of design, engineering, and wind tunnel and field testing, we introduced Polar Bear, our first solution for the flat roof market, in 2008. Since then, PanelClaw has become a leading supplier of flat roof and ground mount systems and led the industry in setting new standards for the safety and performance of photovoltaic arrays.
